Before you start any exercise program, you should consult your physician.
You can locate the challenge on the Find Your Challenge page. It is recommended that employees check this first for their companies activity(s) (office). If they can not locate their activity/office, they should contact their "on site" wellness coordinator, who should have information on their challenge. In some instances you will not be able to choose the team you want to be on. The reason we sometimes do this is to create as level a competition as possible. At other times you may be allowed to choose your team.
Once you locate your challenge, it's just a 3 step sign-up process that takes about another minute.
